There are No refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. Customers are urged to thoroughly inspect all items before making their purchase. Please make sure to properly measure the items you are purchasing as well as the space needed to properly get these items into your home.

For your convenience, we accept cash, debit and credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Items are not allowed to be "put on hold".

New items may be placed on Lay-Away for 4 weeks. Deposits on Lay-Away items are also Non-Refundable.

Sales are Cash & Carry only. All furniture items must be picked-up within 48 hours or delivery must be scheduled to occur within 5 days...  delivery fees 

Any furniture not picked-up within 48 hours will be placed back on the selling floor and a Furniture Credit will be given.

Furniture Credits must be used within 2 weeks or the total amount will be considered a donation to our organization (thank you). A tax-deductible donation slip will be provided upon request.

Customers must make arrangements to pick-up their purchased items. Staff is not always available to lift heavy items and is never allowed to secure any items for transportation.
